Once everything is signed, you have officially sold your property.

Closing Day

If you've reached this stage, the finish line is within sight, but there are still a few remaining tasks before your property is officially sold. Consult with your agent to ensure all loose ends are addressed, allowing you to finalize these last details. We'll ensure everything is prepared for a smooth and hassle-free closing day.

Final Walk-Through Inspection

On either the day of closing or the preceding day, the buyer will conduct a final walk-through inspection. This is to confirm that the property remains in the condition specified in the Purchase Agreement, there are no new issues, and no items have been left behind by the seller.

Cancel Home Services and Utilities

After the closing, we will provide a helpful list of numbers for the cancellation of home service and utilities.

In the event you're unable to attend the closing, suitable arrangements can be made depending on the circumstances and advance notice provided to all involved parties. If you're receiving funds, you can opt to have them electronically wired to an account at your financial institution or receive a check from the title company during the closing. It's essential to coordinate the transfer of all property keys and relevant information including utility information to the buyer at the closing. Once all documents are signed, your property sale is officially concluded.
